CMS Reporting
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) require most Plans to perform the following functions annually. We are providing this information as a reminder.
Disclosure to Medicare Eligible Participants
You must disclose to all Medicare eligible participants and their dependents who are covered under your Group Health Plan whether the prescription drug coverage provided by the Plan is Creditable or Non Creditable.
This disclosure must be made by the middle of November, so that those participants can make an election to enroll or not enroll in a Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Program during Medicare's annual enrollment period, generally from October 15 to December 7
